Our Open Gym + membership was created with the athlete in mind. It was created for the athlete who is tired of training in crowded commercial gyms and having to wait to use equipment.  It was designed for the athlete who is capable of training on their own, but looking for a serious training facility along with expert guidance that will help them achieve their performance goals.
