    You'll have access to our facility in addition to your very own individualized training program to follow. After completing our Foundational Athlete Evaluation or our Complete Performance Profile, you'll receive your individualized training program which will be designed to help you strengthen your weaknesses and improve your overall strength and conditioning.

COMPLETE ATHLETE PROFILE

Our system of performance testing leaves no stone unturned. The Complete Athlete Profile includes:

A complete exploration of your decision making skills, internal motivators, internal stressors, and mindset capabilities from our Mental Skills Assessment.

  • A detailed analysis of your body composition (lean muscle mass, fat mass, etc) from our Body Composition Testing.

  • A thorough analysis of your injury history to understand the root cause of your injuries AND how to address them so you can reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.

  • Using HumanTrak 3-D Motion capture analysis, we are able to help you understand how you move in a way you've never seen before and help confirm some of the underlying contributors to your injuries and athleticism.

  • How and what your body uses to produce and absorb force. You'll finally understand what the best strategy is for you to become powerful and explosive from our Force Plate Testing.

  • A complete explanation of the weak links in your strength output. This valuable information will let you know what type of strength training you need to prioritize AND what areas require the most attention.

  • You'll finally be able to answer the question of "Am I athletic enough” with our Performance Testing. You'll be able to compare yourself to the elite standards in tests such as 10yd sprint, 20yd sprint, broad jump, vertical jump, change of direction drills (5/10/5 or 3 cone), and know if you need to improve and, by how much.

  • Finally, you'll also receive a detailed report of all results, so you know exactly where you’re starting and how much you've improved with your new training strategies.

RISING ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

There are two things that every youth athlete desires:

  1. To rise up to their expectations and compete with confidence.

  2. To win and pursue their childhood dreams.

To no fault of their own, most talented youth athletes fall short. Not because they weren't good enough or that they didn't have the right mix of genetics and talent, but because they weren't prepared physically and mentally. This lack of preparation usually shows up as nagging injuries they can't get over, not playing up to full potential because they lack confidence, or never having the self-belief to fully commit to the life as an aspiring athlete.

No matter what the hurdle ends up manifesting itself as, a more effective process of preparation is the answer. Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance; When you're better prepared, you're putting yourself in a prime position to succeed.

This is why we include Mental Performance Training In all of our Athlete Development Programs. 1:1 training sessions with your coach focusing on reinforcing efficient movement patterns, building strength, bulletproofing weaknesses, and developing speed/agility/quickness.

Small group training sessions (8 participants) designed to improve strength, speed, agility, and quickness.

OPEN GYM

With our Open Gym + Programming membership, you'll have access to our facility in addition to your very own individualized training program to follow. After completing our Foundational Athlete Evaluation or our Complete Performance Profile, you'll receive your individualized training program which will be designed to help you strengthen your weaknesses and improve your overall strength and conditioning. Although you will not be under the direct supervision of a coach, a member of our performance staff will always be available to to assist you with any needs during Open Gym training hours.

*Ages 17 and up. Under 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with an open gym membership. Additional terms and conditioning may apply.*

MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING

An athlete’s mental skills and internal processes powerfully impact their performance emotions, behaviors, and external outcomes. Mental performance training is strength and conditioning for the mind that optimizes athlete well-being and performance. Mental performance training equips athletes with the mental skills they need to conquer the mental barriers that hinder them from consistently performing at their highest level.

The ability to stay poised under pressure, manage thoughts and emotions, maintain consistent confidence, hone laser focus, get in “the zone” and quickly bounce back from setbacks are all mental skills that enable an athlete to maximize performance and fulfill their potential.
